Terms & Conditions

Limited Warranty
a) MUT Engineering warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship when used in accordance with technical specification user manual and brochure 

b) The Warranty is current 

i) for the period stated from the date of delivery for all parts & components on the prototype under MUT Engineering scope-of-supply

ii) for the period stated for welding and workmanship of the fabrication of the spreader from the date of delivery, in conjunction with the fabricator or third-party contractor

iii) for the period stated from the date of delivery for any third-party sensors, parts in conjunction with the supplier or third-party provider

c) The Customer is to immediately notify MUT Engineering in writing of any defects. If any Goods are defective at the time of passing of risk, MUT Engineering may elect to either remedy the defect or supply a replacement. 

d) The Customer must not attempt to remedy any defect either themselves or via a third party 

e) Any attempt to remedy any defect, except agreed by MUT Engineering, will invalidate the warranty and MUT Engineering will be under no obligation to fulfill the warranty. 

f) To claim warranty, the customer must contact MUT Engineering and provide full information on issue to be reviewed. MUT Engineering reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim: 

(1) If the goods have been disassembled, tempered with or attempts to repair have been made; 

(2) The goods are out of warranty period; 

(3) The goods stopped performing due to incorrect application or use. 


MUT Engineering's liability excludes the following 

a) Lost of use of the prototype due to any damage, fault or malfunction 

b) Any damage caused by the spreader to customer’s or any third party’s properties or equipment due to misuse or lack of/no maintenance to the prototype

c) Any injury or death caused by spreader due to misuse or lack of/no maintenance to the prototype
